2. Responsible Manufacturing

When some caster companies saw the RoHS compliance as a profit-center or optional “add-on,” Albion chose to review and change coating processes to help protect the environment. Due to this initiative, we certify that all of our products which are zinc-plated and powder-coasted comply with the RoHS regulations set forth by the European Union. Examples of materials restricted by RoHS include: lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and PBB and PBDE flame retardants. These toxic materials can cause ground water contamination and other pollution problems.

3. Sanitation

With Baking Industry Sanitation Standards Committee (BISSC) certification and NSF International listing, Albion is a proven supplier for those industries requiring the most stringent of sanitation standards. 4. Innovative Recycle Programs
